I’m graduating this april from a specialist in finance and eco major program from U of T. I didn’t really do much in terms of working during my university life. I know so many people with so much more experience than I do. I’ve been looking for a job for quite a while now without any luck. I’m extremely scared that I won’t be able to find a job after graduation. I’ve been to school career sessions, networking things, and everything but nothing’s worked!!! I’ve also worked on my resume many times but there are just way too many candidates that are better than I am out there!

How long does it usually take for a new grad to get a decent job? I don’t have the best grades, my gpa is only a 3.01 out of 4. Is this bad? What can I do? I really want a job in the finance field but everything is so competitive in Toronto.
